Practical Nursing Overview
The Practical Nursing (PN) program is an introduction to nursing. Licensed Practical Nurses provide patient care under the supervision of senior healthcare practitioners. After earning the diploma, a graduated practical nurse must sit for the NCLEX exam. Once passed, the practical nurse is eligible for licensure to become a PN.
